HONEY MUSTARD GLAZED STEAKS



 HONEY MUSTARD GLAZED STEAKS



INGREDIENTS

1) Boneless Beef Steaks of Half inch thickness each – 1lb
2) Mustard Paste - 1/3 cup
3) Parsley or Cilantro (chopped) -1 tbsp
4) Honey -2 tbsp
5) Cider Vinegar- 1 tbsp
6) Water -1 tbsp
7) Hot Red Pepper Sauce - 1/4 tsp
8) Coarse crushed Black Pepper - 1 tsp
9) Salt to taste

METHOD
1. Combine mustard, parsley/cilantro, honey, vinegar, water, pepper sauce, and pepper.  Mix well
2. Place steaks in a bowl and pour the above prepared paste over it. Rub well and leave aside to marinate for at least an hour.
4. Grill steaks for15 to 20 minutes for rare (140 degrees), to medium (160 degrees), turning once and again, brushing with leftover glaze from marination.
5. Alternatively, place on charcoal grill, turning them once and again and liberally brushing steaks from time to time with leftover marinade.
6. Boneless beef top loin steaks may also be cooked in covered Cooker (direct method) turning once and brushing with glaze.
