CREAMY FRUIT SALAD

CREAMY FRUIT SALAD 





INGREDIENTS 
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk 
  • 200g  Cream cheese, softened to room temperature  
  • 200g Cool Whip or Whipped Cream
  • 1 Large can of Fruit Cocktail 
  • Some chopped fresh seasonal fruit. Pineapple, Strawberries, purple or green Grapes, Orange or Tangerine segments, Bananas, Mango, Apple, deseeded Guava, Pomegranate seeds, etc., 

1) Combine the sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese with a mixer on medium speed

2) Fold in the cool whip/whipped cream and set aside. Combine the fruit in a large bowl. Do not add the syrup from canned fruit. Salad will become watery. 

3)  Fold in the cream cheese mixture. Here you can now add a little of the canned tin syrup if you want but do not add too much.  Place in the refrigerator to set for at least an hour before serving.
