CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 



CHOCOLATE MOUSSE INGREDIENTS 

  • 200g Bar Good Quality Plain Chocolate
  • 100ml milk
  • 400ml Whipping Cream 
  • Some strawberries, cherries, apricot or any other seasonal fruit. Even tinned ones will work fine 
  Biscuit Crumbs 

METHOD 
  1. 1) Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  2. 2) Heat the milk until boiling. Whisk in melted chocolate and set aside to cool.
  3. 3) Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Save some cream for decorating the mousse later and fold in the cooled chocolate into the rest. 
  4. 4) Place some fruit in ramekins or a single serving bowl. Spoon over the mousse. Decorate with more fruit, Biscuit Crumbs and whipping cream. 
  5. 5) Chill before serving
