CHOCOLATE MOUSSE INGREDIENTS
- 200g Bar Good Quality Plain Chocolate
- 100ml milk
- 400ml Whipping Cream
- Some strawberries, cherries, apricot or any other seasonal fruit. Even tinned ones will work fine
Biscuit Crumbs
METHOD
- 1) Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water.
- 2) Heat the milk until boiling. Whisk in melted chocolate and set aside to cool.
- 3) Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Save some cream for decorating the mousse later and fold in the cooled chocolate into the rest.
- 4) Place some fruit in ramekins or a single serving bowl. Spoon over the mousse. Decorate with more fruit, Biscuit Crumbs and whipping cream.
- 5) Chill before serving
